By submitting files you confirm you have the right to have them edited. Calculator totals are estimates for standard complexity. We recalculate the price on the server when you send a job. We may requote if the files do not match the selected tier — before work starts.
Payment
Sending a job from the store is a request, not a charge. Work starts after we confirm the brief and you accept the invoice.
Revisions
First-pass revisions inside the original brief are included. New scope is a new line.
Delivery
Turnaround clocks start when files and brief are complete. Rush and same-day lanes are capacity-limited.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the job. Keep originals.
