Why Clip2Art
A catalog should look like one photographer had a very good month.
Hand-drawn paths
Pen-tool clipping and refined masks. Hair, mesh, and chrome are not left to auto-select.
Hours, not weeks
A 12-hour standard desk once files and brief are complete. Rush and same-day lanes are priced in the store.
Published prices
Standard SKUs have a public calculator. Volume tiers at 50, 200, and 500. The server recalculates the total when you send the job.
Files stay off the public web
Uploads are stored privately and served only to you and the desk. Production files are deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep an archive. NDA on every job.
A named producer on volume
Color, crop, and taste stay consistent because one person owns the relationship.
Built for catalogs
Naming, canvas size, shadow style, and color profiles match your storefront spec.
Industries
Built for people who sell with pictures.
E-commerce
Catalog-ready cutouts, consistent color, and marketplace-compliant files.

Process
Send files. Confirm. Edit. Review. Deliver.
01
Send files
A trial of 2–3 images, or a priced job from the store. JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, and most RAW formats.
02
Confirm the brief
Standard work uses the public calculator. If the files don’t match the tier you picked, we requote before anything is edited.
03
Edit
A retoucher works your brief — not a one-click filter. You get a named producer on volume work.
04
Review
First-pass revisions inside the original brief are included. New scope is a new line.
05
Deliver
Layered or flattened files, named to your convention. Invoice is sent after the first look is locked — not at the web form.
From the desk
What buyers actually ask for.
“We needed 400 SKUs to match last season’s shadow, not a new look. The first batch landed on the grid we sent.”
“Jewelry vendors usually overdo sparkle. We wanted metal grade and stones that still look like light.”
“Twilight and staging through a priced job, without inventing a fireplace. That’s the brief we actually write.”
“A torn wedding print treated like a catalog SKU — proof, revision, delivery. That’s what we needed.”

FAQ
Before you send the first batch.
Are the edits done by people or by AI?
People. We may use machine-learning cutouts as a first pass on simple shapes. A retoucher always owns the file that leaves the desk.
How fast can you turn a job around?
Standard is 12 hours after files and brief are complete. Rush is about 6 hours. Same-day is about 4 hours on productized SKUs, capacity-limited. Restoration and heavy compositing are quoted with a longer desk.
What is included in the free trial?
Two or three of your images on the service you care about, edited to your brief, so you can judge edge quality before you send a batch. Send the hard cases, not the easy ones.
Which file types do you accept?
JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, WebP, and most RAW formats (CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, RAF). Keep a trial to 3 files. For a large batch, send a link in the notes.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Every job is under NDA by default. A longer paper NDA is available from sales@clip2art.com.
Can you match our existing catalog?
Send a style frame and a one-page spec (canvas, shadow, crop, naming). Your producer will lock that as the checklist.
What if I need a revision?
First-pass revisions that stay inside the original brief are included. New scope is a new line on the quote.
Do I pay on this website?
No. The store prices a standard job and sends a request. We confirm the first look, then invoice by card or PayPal. There is no card form on this site.
Will I get an email confirmation?
You get a job or request ID on the thank-you screen. A producer replies to the address you entered during desk hours (8am–11pm ET). Automated mail is only sent if this deployment has an email key configured.
